The application phase for the 2024/25 round of the Namibia2Germany programme has officially kicked off! German-speaking high school graduates and young professionals from Namibia and South Africa can now apply for our 1-year coaching and mentoring programme, which provides a pathway to dual professional education (‘Ausbildung’) in Germany!

What is Namibia2Germany?
The Namibia2Germany programme offers comprehensive support for German-speaking Namibian and South African youth who want to pursue a 3-year ‘Ausbildung’ (dual vocational training) in Germany. The programme was launched in 2023 and is going into its second round in 2024.
Selected programme participants go through a 12-month coaching, training and mentorship programme (delivered online) which helps them find the right Ausbildung and prepare them for the application process. Participants will also be introduced to suitable companies, and will receive intercultural training, as well as assistance with the visa application process.
