What is Namibia2Germany?
The Namibia2Germany programme, launched in 2023, offers comprehensive support for German-speaking Namibian and South African youth who want to pursue a 3-year ‘Ausbildung’ (dual vocational training) in Germany.
Selected programme participants go through a 12-month coaching, training and mentorship programme (delivered online) which helps them find the right Ausbildung and prepare them for the application process. Participants will also be introduced to suitable companies, and will receive intercultural training, as well as assistance with the visa application process.
