Beyond my formal education and career, I am dedicated to enhancing my development and interpersonal skills. I see myself becoming a more effective person and a source of inspiration for other young people, especially women.

In terms of personal life, I envision maintaining a healthy work-life balance, fostering meaningful relationships, and engaging in activities that bring me joy and fulfillment. Striking this balance is essential for long-term happiness and success.

While I have a clear vision for the next 10 years, I also understand that opportunities and circumstances may evolve. I am open to embracing new challenges and adapting my goals to align with the dynamic nature of my industry and personal life.

How did you experience the Africademics Scholarship Ambassador Programme?

My motivation to join the Scholarship Ambassador Programme was to inspire and empower fellow Africans and others around the world, especially women, to pursue their academic and professional aspirations.

My participation in the 2023 Ambassador Programme has been a transformative experience, solidifying my commitment to helping other young people who have an interest in growing their academic paths. I am grateful for this opportunity, and now I’m indebted to impart this knowledge and skills gained through this programme to others.

As a Scholarship Mentor, I had the privilege of guiding and supporting my mentees throughout their scholarship search journey. My mentees are highly motivated individuals working hard to get opportunity for developing their careers. Over the past few months, we’ve worked collaboratively to identify relevant scholarship opportunities, refine their application materials, and develop effective strategies for approaching the selection process.

We are still working together, and I’m really motivated with their hard work and positive energy that they have upon searching for scholarships, and to explore different opportunities by themselves independently.

Why would you recommend the Scholarship Ambassador Programme to others?

I would recommend this programme to other students and scholars because it has been an incredible opportunity for me. Having been a part of the program, I’ve gained valuable insights and skills that are beneficial to me and others such as networking opportunities, community development, skills development, and more.
