Our Partnership
In collaboration with Hoffmeier, we offer participants of our Namibia2Germany programme the opportunity to pursue a 3-year dual vocational training programme (‘Ausbildung’) and qualify as a certified construction mechanic, specializing in equipment engineering and technology (‘Konstruktionsmechaniker: Fachrichtung Ausrüstungstechnik’).
With this formal qualification, offered through the German ‘dual system’ of combined practical training and theory, graduates can pursue a professional career in Germany or in their home country.
