We have partnered with Fenster-Striegel GmbH, a family-owned business that manufactures quality and custom-built windows in Bierstetten, Germany. We are excited to have them on board as a training partner for our Namibia2Germany programme – especially since our participant Andreas from Windhoek already started his training with Fenster Striegel in September 2025!
Our Partnership
In collaboration with Fenster Striegel, we offer participants of our Namibia2Germany programme the opportunity to pursue a 3-year dual vocational training programme (‘Ausbildung’) and qualify as a certified glazier and window fitter (‘Glaser / Fensterbauer’). With this formal qualification, offered through the German ‘dual system’ of combined practical training and theory, graduates can pursue a professional career in Germany or in their home country.

Fenster Striegel, founded in 1958, is headquartered in Bierstetten in Southern Germany. The company has 50 employees and collaborates with private clients, resellers, carpenters, real estate developers and the public sector.
