Meet our team: Partnership and Network Manager Stefan Follner!
Stefan knows the German Ausbildung system inside and out, starting with his own Ausbildung as a butcher. Having grown up in Southern Germany and taken over his family’s business, he then decided to spread his wings and gain international work (and travel) experience in New Zealand, Canada, Senegal, Madagascar, Rwanda, Uganda and Zimbabwe.
Stefan holds a Master’s degree in International Business, which included a 1-year research project in Cape Town, South Africa. He now works as Area Sales Manager for Africa, Middle East & France for a German engineering and technology company and travels to various African countries on a regular basis.
He is passionate about making a difference for the next generation of leaders, entrepreneurs and innovators from the African continent and will use his personal and professional networks to assist our Namibia2Germany participants with Ausbildung placements in Germany.
