What is Namibia2Germany?
Our new Namibia2Germany programme offers comprehensive support for German-speaking Namibian youth who want to pursue a 3-year ‘Ausbildung’ (dual vocational training) in Germany. Starting in September 2023, selected programme participants will go through a 10-month coaching, training and mentorship programme which will help them find the right Ausbildung and prepare them for the application process. Participants will also be introduced to suitable companies, and will receive intercultural training, as well as assistance with the visa application process.
Are you a high school learner, matriculant, university student or young professional from Namibia? Do you speak German at intermediate or advanced level? Are you interested in pursuing your professional education in Germany, with the option of working in Germany after the 3-year dual vocational training?
